Omied Hallam (-1 Nottingham) beat Phil Cordingley (-0.5 Hampstead Heath) 26 – 11 in the final of the CA Selectors Weekend. 

 

19 players competed for the trophy, after two days flexible swiss, the semi-finals saw Phil Cordingley beating Alan Chance (0.5 Hurlingham) 26 – 16 and Omied Hallam beating Dave Gunn (2 Nottingham) 26 – 16.

Richard Bilton (Nottm) beat Brian McCausland (Nailsea) in the final of the B Level.

Played as 2 blocks of 8, the top two from each block played the semis and final as a knockout.

Richard won the third game against Brian 7-5, Richard now goes through to the B-Level Series National Finals at Budleigh Salterton in October.
