Community Engagement activities

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought the benefits of sport for health and well-being sharply into focus, and croquet has an enormous amount to offer. Our ‘Croquet for All’ campaign is continuing to expand, with regular community group and junior sessions.

In 2021 we launched ‘Hoops for Health’ for groups who had been particularly badly affected by the pandemic, building on prior work in 2020, and in 2022 we will be building further on this, broadening our outreach and engagement with a wide range of community groups. Hoops for Health is on Wednesday afternoons, with the emphasis on having fun in a relaxed, stress-free and sociable atmosphere. We have some great partners already in this programme (details below) and are really excited about welcoming them and others to enjoy our sport and facilities.

If you are a group leader interested in Hoops 4 Health then please Contact Us, selecting Hoops 4 Health in the drop-down category and giving a brief description of your group.
